Lithuania – Monument to the victims of the Holocaust in Paneriai desecrated again

Paneriai – The memorial to the victims of the Holocaust in Paneriai (a microdistrict of the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius) was desecrated again with the symbols “Z” and “V”.

These are the symbols used by Russian troops to mark their military equipment during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Representatives of the Jewish community of Lithuania report that the memorial was desecrated again, because after the first act of vandalism, which became known on Friday, April 1, the letters were washed away.
