UK – Woman and two children verbally assaulted in anti-Semitic attack in Stamford Hill

Stamford Hill, London – Reports of a man verbally assaulting a Jewish woman and two babies are being investigated by the Metropolitan Police.

A video shared to social media from a local neighbourhood watch group shows a man walking past a woman pushing a pram who appears to throw his hand up in a Nazi salute.

The man called out to her: “We don’t want Jews here”, “Heil Hitler” followed by a Nazi salute.”

A spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police said: “Police received a report of an antisemitic hate crime that took place in Stamford Hill, N16 at approximately 16:45hrs on Monday, 7 February where a woman and her children were verbally abused by a man.

“Enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible, including analysis of CCTV footage. There have been no arrests.”
