Man who assaulted two Hasidic Jews in Brooklyn arrested

Rabah , A 23-year-old man, who
assaulted two Orthodox Jewish men
in a 24-hour period in the Bensonhurst
section of Brooklyn last month, has been arrested and charged with bias charges.

 

After
reviewing nearby surveillance video of the first incident, HCTF detectives were
able to identify Rabah, a resident of the Bensonhurst neighborhood in Brooklyn,
as the suspect.

 

Last
Thursday Rabah was taken into custody. After questioning, he confessed in
assaulting the 57-year-old man.

 

Rabah
was charged with two counts of assault as a hate crime.
