Two young Hassidik Jews were on their way to the Rebbe Nahman grave in Uman, when they passed through an alley, 3 young men approached them and attacked them for no reason. The police who arrived at the scene did not ask to file a complaint, and only after the intervention of the Jewish community was an investigation file opened on the assault, but without a nationalist motive.
