Germany – Antisemitic graffiti on the Jewish memorial stone in Gommern 

Gommern – Antisemitic words were sprayed on a Jewish memorial stone in Gommern (Jericho area). 

The monument and the surrounding fence were destroyed by graffiti early Monday morning, police said Tuesday. 

The Star of David on the door carving was also defaced. 

An empty gun was also found on the monument.

Police allegedly confiscated the empty gun and photographed the graffiti text before defacing it. An investigation is currently underway.
