France – Stars of David painted on a house in Paris

Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, Paris – Four stencilled Stars of David were found in a building located on rue du Maréchal Leclerc in the Debain district of Saint-Ouen, situated in Seine-Saint-Denis.

These symbols were sprayed and replicated across the entire frontage of the building. The unmistakable antisemitic nature of these actions is undeniable.

Karim Bouamrane, the Mayor of Saint-Ouen from the PS party, promptly condemned these acts. He took to Twitter, stating, “I vehemently denounce these racist and anti-Semitic acts.” The mayor also expressed his solidarity and support for the families who were affected by these incidents. He further mentioned that municipal services were immediately mobilized to remove the offensive symbols.

The individuals responsible for these acts have not yet been identified. It is worth noting that similar stars, seemingly created from the same stencil, were discovered along the route from Aubervilliers to Saint-Denis.

Since the conflict between Israel and Gaza erupted, antisemitic expressions have multiplied.
