Carcassonne – The town hall as well as the police officers were warned, this Sunday, October 8 at the end of the morning, of the presence of an antisemitic tag on the exterior wall of the Jean-Claude Mazet stadium in Carcassonne, route de Limoux.
On the facade was written in purple, spray paint, “Killing Jews is a duty”. Comments immediately covered up by City agents. Even if the motivations of the taggers are not yet known, this gesture comes the day after the Hamas attack on Israel.
According to our information, the town hall plans to file a complaint. For the moment, no one has yet been arrested and investigations are still ongoing. Please note that the area does not have any surveillance cameras.
