Ljubljana – Prof. Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič is a former Judge and President of the Third Chamber at the European Court of Human Rights. His tenure as a judge in Strasbourg spanned nearly 18 years, from November 1998 to May 2016. According to his professional profile on LinkedIn, he is currently a self-employed legal consultant.

Prof. Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič is also a raging antisemite who shares far-right, Neo Nazi and white supremacist material on social media.

We don’t think the following screenshot copies of antisemitic tropes and conspiracies need any explanation, however, you’ll find that this former “human rights” judge shares material by David Duke, Renegade Tribune and the Unz Review to name but a few.

In addition, Zupančič promotes age-old antisemitic canards and false propaganda to incite hatred against Jews.

Prof. Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič, who acquired a French citizenship in 2014, apparently joined a far-right political party in France, the Popular Republican Union (Union Populaire Républicaine), in 2019. In 2020, Zupančič also joined the European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ) as associate research fellow.

We checked his history and disturbingly he was a member of Chamber of judges and/or presided over some cases involving Jews, including one by PETA against the German government, where they disgustingly used the Holocaust as a political tool to further their aims. On several occasions, Judge Zupančič expressed dissenting opinions.

In light of Prof. Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič’s extreme antisemitism, we will check if any of those cases could be re-examined.
