Balenciaga and Vogue magazine are next to sever ties with Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, following antisemitic comments made by him, according to multiple media reports including Women’s Wear Daily. CNN Business and The Independent. Balenciaga’s parent firm, Kering, said the company “no longer has any relationship” with the artist. Neither does it have any future plans or projects with Ye.
Meanwhile, Vogue said that neither the magazine nor its editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, are keen to work with Ye again after his antisemitic comments, media reports said. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Kering for comment.
