USA – Jewish man punched in the face in Brooklyn

Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY – A 21-year-old Jewish man heading home late Friday night on Carroll Street in Crown Heights was punched in the face in an unprovoked attack.

Two 21-year-old Jewish men who were heading home late Friday night were the victims of an unprovoked attack in Crown Heights.

The pair were walking on Carroll Street near Troy Avenue, heading to their Yeshiva dorm, at approximately 1:30 am, when the incident occurred.

A black male who appeared to be around 18 years old, exited 1505 Carroll Street and approached the bochurim, the victims told COLlive.com.

The assailant punched one of the Bochurim in the face, causing him injury to his nose and bruising on his face.

The victims said the man ran off towards Troy Avenue.

Police and an ambulance were called to treat the victim’s injuries.
