Groitzsch – Unknown people have left several graffiti in Groitzsch that fulfill the requirement of using symbols of unconstitutional organizations.
According to the Leipzig Police Directorate, several logos with references to National Socialism and a logotype with content critical of the police were attached to a snack bar on Schusterstraße. In the street “Neuer Weg” graffiti with marks of unconstitutional organizations were left on various objects, including a shopping market. A smear with antisemitic content was left on a school building in Südstrasse. An online advertisement drew the police’s attention to this.
It is not yet possible to provide any information on the damage to property. The graffiti was removed. The criminal police inspection in Leipzig has started investigations in all three cases.
