USA – Survey: Nearly half of Jewish college students say they or someone they know have been targets of antisemitic attacks

Alums for Campus Fairness’ report: A Growing Threat: Antisemitism on College Campuses is a survey of 506 Jewish college students and recent alums on campus antisemitism.

Key Findings include:
  • 95% percent of Jewish college students and recent graduates feel that antisemitism is a problem on their campuses
  • Nearly 80% of Jewish students and recent graduates had either experienced or heard firsthand about a fellow student making offensive or threatening antisemitic comments in person
  • 44% of students and recent grads, they themselves, someone they know, or both were physically threatened because they were Jewish.
These alarming statistics indicate that university administration, students, and alumni can and must take steps to combat a rising tide of hatred. Read the report to learn more about this growing threat.
