Sirmione – Eli Danzig, a 76-year-old Jew who runs the holiday kosher hotel at the Sirmione resort on Lake Garda with his son Yair, went to a nearby hotel to talk to the owner who has owed him money since 2019.
The hotel manager attacked him and screamed at him and spat in his face. “A dirty Jew from me will not look easy! You are trying to blackmail me, like all Jews.”
He then kicked him in the testicles, beat him and took him out of the hotel while continuing to insult him in antisemitic manner. Some hotel guests came to the scene without intervening.
The antisemitic assault was reported to police.
