Section 187 of the California Penal Code deals with murder cases. The California police also use the numerical code “One Eight Seven” in their radio messages to communicate that a murder has been committed.
Usually the use of the number 187 in graffiti means a call to murder. 187 combined with a Star of David means a call to murder Jews.
