Neukölln, Berlin – A guest of a café in Neukölln was confronted by an employee in a conversation about the Corona Pandemic with antisemitic conspiracy myths.
The employee said that he didn’t believe in a pandemic and claimed to be manipulated. When the guest said, in a critical way, that such conspiracy myths always lead to antisemitic stereotypes, the employee replied: It is not the Jews behind them, but “the Zionists”, i.e. the rich like Bill Gates.
When the guest described the employee’s statements as antisemitic, he was expelled from the restaurant.
