Hannover – According to a statement by the Nazi party “Die Recht” Hannover, the district court (Landgericht) Hannover has rejected a complaint from the Hannover Public Prosecutor against the termination of a criminal proceedings for sedition.
The court values the change of the striker’s slogan “The Jews are our misfortune” (” Die Juden sind unser Unglück“) in “Israel is our misfortune” (“Israel ist unser Unglück“) as legitimate “criticist Israel” and not as antisemitic sedition.
The political heirs of the Nazi Jewish murderers win.
Once again, the German judiciary shows that it is not prepared to protect Jews from anti-Semitic hustle and violence!
