Munich – Police arrested a 29-year-old man who apparently mouthed antisemitic slogans in a grocery market before the Federal League match between FC Bayern and Hertha BSC.

The man from Berlin went to Munich for the opening of the league games and was at the grocery market in the middle of the afternoon before the game. A 26-year-old Jew from Berlin heard the 29-year-old man yelling antisemitic slogans for minutes.

The Jew took out his cell phone, took pictures of the man and filed a complaint with the police. The police of the eleventh police station immediately sent the photos to the security forces in the stadium, assuming that the man continued on his journey and arrived at the game.

In fact, a little later, police forces managed to identify the man from Berlin in the stadium and arrest him. Once the police action was completed, he was released again. Now the criminal is being investigated for insult and popular incitement.
