2018 Antisemitism report in Ukraine

Key findings:

In 2018, as in 2017, there was not a single case of violence motivated by antisemitism.

Compared to 2017, the number of acts of antisemitic vandalism has reduce.

Law enforcement agencies began to make efforts to bring those responsible for acts of antisemitic vandalism to justice, and achieved some success in this;

Hate crimes still, however, do not receive adequate legal qualifications that take into account the motive;

Public antiemitic statements, as before, remain unpunished.
