This is the federal government’s response of 14 November 2018 on antisemitic criminal offenses in the third quarter of 2018. Since January 1, 2017, following the decision of the Conference of the Interior Ministers and Senators of the States, criminal offenses of political nature are now being documented in five categories, in order to be able to determine their political motives (PMK [in German]) on an antisemitic background.
