Brussels – A menorah placed on the roof of the car of the director of the European Jewish Association, Rabbi Menachem Margolin, was vandalized during Shabbat by unknown persons.
Rabbi Margolin noted that he would turn to Brussels police regarding the matter and said in response: “The times when Jews hide their Jewishness are over.”
“Those who have to hide themselves are the cowardly anti-Semites. We will double the amount of public menorahs and strengthen Jewish pride in Europe,” he said.
