Salies-de-Béarn – In the night between Saturday to Sunday, a series of antisemitic tags “Shoah swindle” and “Faurisson resistance” were painted with black spray on the walls and facades of Salies-de-Bearn and Escos.

In Salies, these tags – which refer in particular to the French Holocaust denier Robert Faurisson, who died on October 21 – appeared at the entrance of the rue des Voisins, Place du Temple, on the electric poll of the Boulevard des Pyrénées, Avenue du Docteur -Foix in front of the Beaulieu Institute and at the entrance of the Lastrilles EHPAD. The acts have been strongly denounced by the mayor, Claude Serres-Cousiné, who will file a complaint on Monday.
