Two arrests have been made in connection to a July 28 vandalism at a Carmel synagogue.
U.S. Attorney Josh Minkler, the FBI and Carmel Police Department announced charges against 20-year-old Nolan Brewer of Cloverdale.
A co-conspirator is also under arrest.
Police said they were caught on surveillance buying red and black spray paint and bandanas from Wal-Mart a day before the vandalism.
According to the U.S. Attorney, Brewer may have intended to do more damage than he did.
