Since 2001, Antisemitisme.be has been listing antisemitic acts committed all over Belgium and publishes every year a report on antisemitism in Belgium. In this document, you will find a list of all incidents recorded, our methodology as well as an analysis of the past year.
The incidents identified and analyzed in this report are those that were communicated to us. The figures in this analysis reflect a trend rather than an exact update of antisemitism in Belgium.
As long as the members of the Jewish Community feel insecure, as long as the Jewish institutions will need to be protected, as long as Jews cannot circulate in safety in Belgium like any other Belgian citizen when wearing apparent signs of Jewishness (kippah, star of David …), the struggle against anti-Semitism must continue and the political authorities will have to take all measures.
