Manifestations of antisemitism in Ukraine: the first half of 2017

Vyacheslav Likhachev,
head of the Monitoring Group for the Rights of National Minorities of the
Congress of National Communities of Ukraine, published a report on
“Manifestations of antisemitism in Ukraine: the first half of 2017”.

The report cites both
cases of physical violence and vandalism, as well as manifestations that are
qualified as anti-Semitic in the media and public space. Although the reports
of this group are the most complete and authoritative source for manifestations
of antisemitism and other forms of xenophobia, they can’t be considered
exhaustive. Therefore, the group appeals to all activists and those not
indifferent with a request to inform them about incidents occurring in both
large and small cities.
