Antisemitic posters against Elisa Carrió and Horacio Rodríguez Larreta

Buenos Aires – once again, antisemitic banners made an appearance, attacking this time Vamos Juntos’s (“we go together, the party of Argentina’s incumbent president) candidate Elisa Carrió, as well as Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, the current head of government of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. On this occasion, they were both depicted with the Star of David and the symbol of Argentine currency (Peso) drawn across their faces.

The subway line Malabia B (serving one of the neighborhoods identified as a stronghold of the local Jewish community) hosted a banner which showed Vamos Juntos’s candidate Elisa Carrió with a swastika drawn on her forehead and sporting a moustache resembling that of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.
