The court of Leninski area in the city of Mogilob, sentenced three young men who poured paint over a monument to the murdered Jews during the Holocaust. The judges convicted them of malicious hooliganism, and one of them for convincing minors to commit a crime. However not all of them were sentenced to prison sentences.
The 19 year old Leonid Kratchinko, was convicted on both charges and sentenced to two years in prison.
The 18 year old Alexei Mitropnoc and Stanislav Ponomarenko, aged 16, were sentenced to a year and a half in prison.
