Philadelphia, PA
– A rock was thrown threw a stained glass window just prior to Dec. 2 services
at Temple Menorah Keneseth Chai in Northeast Philadelphia, synagogue President
Malcolm Adler said.
Adler
said he was walking down the aisle just prior to the start of the 7:30 p.m.
service to speak with the cantor, when a baseball-sized rock came crashing
through the window, narrowly missing him. Neither he nor any of the 30 or so
people in the sanctuary were injured.
