Blasphemous Nazi word: Antisemitism against a Rabbi in Paris

Paris – The Rabbi of
Paris’ grand synagogue, Rabbi Moshé
Sebbag, returned to his home after celebrating the second day of Passover
(celebrated in the Diaspora), and was surprised to discover next to the
elevator’s buttons the inscription “Youp1” (Youpin) – a derogatory term for
Jews used by the Nazis during  World War
II – meaning Jewish garbage.
