In a memorial site from which Jews were deported to concentration camps, a memorial plaque had been destroyed

Berlin – yesterday night, the plaque in Moabiter
Ellen-Epstein-Straße, describing the deportation of the Jews, had been
destroyed.  The plaque,
reading “Trains to gas chambers departed from here”, was placed at
the point from which most of Berlin Jews were deported to concentration camps.

In recent months neo-Nazis and other antisemitic sprayed
antisemitic graffiti on the sign.

A complaint was filed with the police.
