confirmed on Tuesday the media reports and said that the verdict is final.
Initially the investigation was closed, however after multiply complaints
charges were filed.

“I can kill all the Jews. But I left some alive to show
you how I killed them,” wrote the man about the war in Gaza. About Hitler he wrote, “He was the
king of all honest people and nobody believed him.” He continued to
justify the Nazi genocide against the Jews.

Linz
prosecution first closed the investigation since no subjective motive was
proven. This was followed by a protest, among others from Welser Antifa,
Network Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism and the Austrian-Israeli
organization. Politicians, Including judiciary spokesman on behalf of the Green
party, Albert Steinhaozr, and Ministry of Justice spokesman on behalf of SPÖ
