Brussels – A violent antisemitic incident occurred yesterday at the Free University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles, ULB).
Members of the university official BDS Society humiliated Jewish students by calling them terrorists and Zionists (for many a code-word for Jew) at the university campus in Brussels.
Pierre Galand, of the ULB and a prominent member of the Belgian francophone establishment and a humanist, has been leading a major BDS campaign in Belgium and in Europe against Israel. He heads the Belgian-Palestinian Association Wallonia-Brussels. Mr. Galand is also behind, among other, the Russell Tribunal on Palestine, and other outfits designed to demonize Israel.
