Eastern men aged 25-35 were seen taking photos outside the Chabad House
Auckland from a small silver vehicle.
One of the men got out of the car and approached a mother with three pre-schoolers.
The children were wearing kippa and Tzitzit (religious items of clothing). One
male went up to one of the boys, a 4 year old, and hit him on the head with an
open hand. He ran back to the car where all men were laughing and they drove
away.
