4 Orthodox Jewish teens attacked

Borough
Park, Brooklyn, NY
– NYPD patchFour orthodox Jewish teenagers were
assaulted Friday night on Ft. Hamilton Parkway and 42nd Street in the Borough
Park section of Brooklyn.

The teenagers, 2 boys and 2 girls between the ages of 16-19, were
walking when a group of about 8 people, seemingly from Mexican descent, exited
the White Castle restaurant, walked up to them and assaulted the teens while
screaming anti Semitic slurs. All four teens suffered injuries and 1 was taken
to the hospital.

The New York Police Department was called Friday night by people who
witnessed the assault, but when they appeared an hour later, no one was at the
scene. The NYPD was called again on Saturday night and a police report is
currently being filed.
