Each yearly quarter, the left party (Die Linke) submits a question in the German Bundestag, in which it requests information about antisemitic incidents that were recorded, broken down according to the perpetrators – from the extreme right, the extreme left and people of immigrant background.
The source of the numbers is in the Bundestag; they are provisional, and are not yet the final numbers. In the year 2000 the classification changed throughout Germany.
