Komi Republick, Skytyvkar – on April 20, 2013 (Saturday), swastikas and the inscription “Happy Holidays” were spray-painted with the use of a black paint container near the entrance to a charity office which belongs to the public organization “the Jewish National Cultural Autonomy”. We believe that this act was carried out on the occasion of Adolf Hitler’s birthday (April 20, 1889).
