Neuilly-Sur-Seine – during the night between 22nd and 23rd of November, Antisemitic and pro-Palestinian placards and announcements were scrawled on the fronts of city buildings in Neuilly‑Sur-Seine. About a dozen inscriptions were written on the 167, an entertainment area.
The Mayor, Jean Christophe Fromantin, who was present at the location already from 3 o’clock together with the police, saw the inscriptions and said they were revolting.
Jean Christophe Fromantin strongly denounced the antisemitic expressions and reaffirmed the sentiments of friendship he felt towards the Jewish community among whose members are many of his friends in town.
