Break-in and antisemitic expressions

Seine-Saint Denis – the break into the loft apartment in the Chassagnole borough in Lilas would not have been discovered had not the person or persons who committed it added also some captions that included a swastika and a Star of David. The National Bureau for Vigilance Against Antisemitism (BNVCA) denounced yesterday this antisemitic action. The break into the apartment was discovered on Wednesday, but most probably was carried out the previous night. There were no tenants in the apartment. Various items were looted, mainly clocks, and the apartment was emptied before its walls were covered with curses, among which were also antisemitic curses and others. The investigation of the incident, which was transferred to the Bagnolet police station, is meant to determine whether the apartment was chosen for the break-in because its tenant is a Jew.
