Britain – Violent incidents, April 2012 (5 incidents)

02/04/2012 Manchester

The visibly Jewish victim was parked outside the local kosher butchers, when a local resident

approached him aggressively complaining that he had illegally parked in front of his residence. The argument continued and the offender grabbed the victims arm and then stated when challenged “when would I want to touch vermin like you?!”

The offender then punched the man in the mouth and returned to his home.

 

06/04/2012 Wembley, Middlesex

Two eggs were thrown at a Synagogue building. One was thrown over the gate and was found on the forecourt and the other was thrown over the railings, mid way between the two gates which again splattered on the forecourt.

No one was at the premises at the time of the egg throwing.

 

11/04/2012 Golders Green, London

A Jewish man was walking in a prominently Jewish area when he was head butted.

 

14/04/2012 London

The reporter called to say that the Synagogue is under attack by stones being thrown at the building

The police were called but did not get to the scene until the perpetrators had gone.

It is unclear how many people were involved in throwing the stones.

 

20/04/2012 Golders Green, London

The victim is a visibly Jewish women.                                                

She was standing in the street talking on her mobile phone when an egg was thrown at her from a passing vehicle.
