Marseille – a Jewish youngster aged 17 was assaulted by about ten attackers. During the attack, which included beating with fists on the victim’s head and body while he was lying on the floor, the Star of David he was wearing on his neck was torn away and antisemitic calls were directed towards him. He suffered multiple hematomas, head and neck injuries and internal eye hemorrhage.
