Point Pleasant, NJ – A Toms River man went on a violent, epithet-laced tirade against the police and a Jewish man here last week, according to the authorities.
It is unclear from criminal complaints against the man, Nicholas Rizzi, what precipitated the Saturday incident on Jarob Court.
According to complaints, Rizzi, 46, unleashed line after line of antisemitic invective upon his victim, who is Jewish. While yelling at the victim, Rizzi threatened to harm him because of his ethnicity, the complaints show.
