Willowgrove – A large swastika etched on a hill in the Willowgrove neighbourhood on the weekend has a resident upset.
Malvina Rapko, a Willowgrove resident who is Jewish, said she discovered the large swastika on a berm on McOrmond Drive around 10:30 a.m. Sunday and alerted Saskatoon police. Someone had seemingly wiped off the fluorescent green fertilizer the city sprayed on to the berm in the shape of the antisemitic symbol.
