Antisemitic aggression in Lausanne: the assistant rabbi molested by three individuals

LAUSANNE – According to information received by the Jewish Community of Lausanne and the Canton of Vaud (CILV), Wednesday, Feb. 23 in the late evening, while the assistant rabbi left the area around the synagogue, he found himself confronted by three individuals which identifies him as Jewish, to have uttered antisemitic slurs against him and have him beaten with fists and feet.

Rescued by bystanders, the victim suffers only minor injuries eventually.

Early intervention services have helped police apprehend two of the three assailants.
