Eight club-wielding young men masked with clubs attacked the “Chessed Esther” Jewish facility building in the City of Chernihiv.
They physically injured a security guard and smashed windows in the building.
A week earlier, graffiti saying “Happy Hanukkah” had been scrawled on the Chessed Building as well as a drawing of a swastika.
The Police and Security Forces arrived at the scene of the incident.
