Antisemitic Incidents in Montgomery County, Maryland

Since 11th September, 12 hate crimes, against Jews and people of Middle Eastern appearance, have been registered in Montgomery County, Maryland. So far, no suspects have been arrested, and the county has offered rewards of up to $2,000 for information leading to the offenders. The antisemitic incidents included the receipt by a Jewish person received an e-mail message in which the writer denounced the Jews and expressed satisfaction at the fact that Jews had died in incidents of terrorism. In another case, a person called out “Allah hu ackbar” at a group of worshippers as they were coming out of prayer services in a synagogue.
