At the end of October, Bin-Laden circulated a video tape in which, for the first time, he officially admitted that the al-Qaeda organization was reponsible for the 11th September attacks in the United States. Among other things in the tape, shot against the background of the mountains of Afghanistan, Bin-Laden called on all Muslims to join him and grant top priority to the murder of Jews. He said that there were two kinds of terror – good and bad. Al-Qaeda, in his opinion, is engaging in good terror, and will not stop killing all of those supporting the United States.
