Two violent incidents were perpetrated against the Jewish Community in Ceuta on the eve of Rosh Hashana. In the first incident, a stone was thrown at a Jewish-owned shop and shattered its window. In the second incident, children threw stones and eggs at the wall of a synagogue, the children also shouted “we are pilots” at the worshippers (apparently in reaction to the “Twin Towers” attacks in New York).
