Austria – Violent Incident Near a Jewish Kindergarten

During the month of May 2002, a metal piece of an axe fell on the head of a Jewish woman standing near a Jewish kindergarten. The piece had been dropped by a resident on the second floor of the building who claimed that “the piece fell out of my hand”. This neighbot asked time and time again in the past whether it was a Jewish kindergarten. In January an apple was thrown at the head of one of the kindergarten’s children. The local police is questioning the man, who is considered to be strange, and the neighbors are afraid of him.
