On 21st June 2002, an anonymous telephone call was received reporting that a bomb had been planted at the “Tarbut” Jewish school in Mexico City and that it was timed to go off 30 minutes after the call came in. The pupils, who were to have arrived at the school, were sent elsewhere. The school was searched, but nothing was found.
