Russia – Antesemitic signs

On 16th July, 2002, an antisemitic sign attached to a dummy explosive charge like other antisemitic signs that have been put up recently all over Russia, was discovered near the Siberian town of Kemorovo.
On 19th July 2002, an antisemitic sign was put up in Gatchina, Leningrad Oblast. One side of the sign read “Death to the Jews” and the other side read “Death to the Khavhiki” (a derogatory name for Armenians).
