On the night of 30th December 2002, vandals destroyed the antenna used by the Jewish radio station in Marseilles, Radio JM. This is the second time in the past 18 months that the antenna has been damaged. The antenna was completely dismantled in what appeared to be a well planned operation. The station renewed its broadcasts after about 18 hours. The matter is under police investigation.
